We make this for those who enjoy a fairly sweet chilli jam; it’s not hot, but rather has a pleasant warmth with just a slight kick. It’s also quite delicious and moorish. Above all, it’s another very versatile condiment. While some like to serve it with pork or ham, others use it as a marinade for chicken. Try it in stir-fries or a salad dressing, or as a dip; think about a toasted cheese and chilli jam sandwich. Finally, here’s a tip from one of our customers; she stirs some through cooked vegetables, and her children clean their plates. Job done!
