Collection information
If your online order is for collection, please select ‘Pick up’ or 'Collection' under check out on your order. All collections will be available within 24 hours during business hours.
Delivery information
Orders will be shipped for next day delivery based on your desired delivery date. No deliveries are made on Sundays or days designated as Bank Holidays. We’re currently unable to guarantee delivery times. All deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm.
Delivery schedule
All orders require a signature on delivery, if you are not available to receive your order it will be returned to Woodbourne Deli, and you will be notified by means of a card posted through your letter box. Your order can be delivered to an alternative address such as a neighbour or delivered to your place of work if this is more convenient.
If your order contains alcohol, please ensure that the person is over the age of 18 to accept or collect the order. We will not leave alcohol if we have not verified the person. We support Challenge 25 principles, and we will not deliver alcohol to anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 without seeing valid identification which includes a European Union Driving Licence, a worldwide passport, or an Isle of Man issued proof of age card.
Delivery rates
Delivery is free of charge for orders over £50. Orders under £50 a delivery charge applies at a cost of £4.99 per delivery. Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single Isle of Man address.
Product availability
In the event of a particular product being unavailable it will be omitted from your order. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you if there is a suitable alternative.
Content and photography
The information provided for each product or collection of products is accurate at the time we published the information. Where the product is a collection of many products, such as our hamper ranges, a full list is supplied. We sometimes use props in our photography, in these cases the product description or list clearly defines what is being advertised for purchase.
Basis of sale
When you click on ‘Confirm Order’ you offer to buy the goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions. If your order is accepted, a confirmation will be sent to the email you provided when placing your order.
Acceptance of order
Your order becomes binding as soon as we have accepted it, subject to your rights of cancellation. Your order will be accepted as soon as we have confirmed your order. Our acceptance of your order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable, or should events occur beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel your order without liability. In such circumstances we shall let you know as soon as possible. Pursuant to the Liquor Licensing Act 2021 it is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor, or for any person over the age of 18 to buy intoxicating liquor on behalf of any person under the age of 18.
Cancellation and return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund your goods within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you. Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, your original postage and packing charge will also be reimbursed in full. It is not possible to return fresh food and drink because they are likely to deteriorate in the return process. This does not affect your statutory rights. Claims for breakages must be made to Woodbourne Deli on 01624 833333 or by email to shop@woodbournedeli.im. Claims must be within 7 days of receipt.
