Raspberry jam is a true classic, and our jam-maker gives it all the intense, exquisite flavour you expect. We use local raspberries so we can guarantee they are ripe and fresh. The British are proud of their traditional puddings and quite a few use raspberry jam. Then again, you don’t have to make anything to enjoy it. It’s especially good just spread on fresh bread, toast or scones; equally, it’s a baker’s delight. Ludlow Farmshop uses it in our Victoria Sponge, and it’s always to hand in the café.
