Unlike commercial mango chutney, our version is neither cloying nor jammy, although it is still fruity. Instead, with its hint of chilli, it’s more savoury than sweet and works well with pork or chicken. In fact it works well with most things, which goes a long way to explain its name. This will partner most picnic food; that was Ludlow Farmshop’s original inspiration, and we believe this chutney warrants its label.
Mango (60%), White Wine Vinegar (sulphites), Golden Granulated Sugar, Raisins (vegetable oil, sunflower oil), Water, Ginger, Tamarind Paste (tamarind extract and water), Garlic, Sea Salt, Chilli. May contain traces of sesame. Handmade in an environment where all common allergens are used. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten please see ingredients in bold.
