Ludlow Damson Jam 340g

Damsons make a famously dark, old-fashioned jam. This is a British favourite, handmade here using home-grown fruit. Indeed, the damsons often come from the Estate itself. Turning the fruit into jam is time-consuming for the home cook because all the damson stones have to go. So, we use simple ingredients to make this flavoursome jam for you. It is one of the sharper jams in our range, but it’s a perfect balance of sweet and tart. This probably explains its use in the Farmshop’s Production Kitchen, and in our café.
