Ludlow Cheese Board Chutney 300g

Apple with Cheddar, pear with Stilton, (or Ludlow Farmshop’s Remembered Hills Blue)…we love to pair fruit with cheese. So we deliberately made this chutney nice and fruity; the dried apricots and raisins combine with the fresh fruit to produce a lovely, complex flavour. This chutney is excellent with almost any cheese – hence its name! But while you might think to also try it in a simple toasted sandwich, you don’t have to restrict its use to cheese. It’s actually a really good all-rounder.
