When we entered this preserve into the World Marmalade Awards it won the vote for the World’s Best; since then it has earned other prizes. We take pink grapefruit, lemons and Seville oranges, and the result is this lovely combination of flavours. We achieve a good balance of sweetened fruit whilst retaining its natural tangy acidity. If you’re after something to wake you up over your morning toast, this is certainly it.
