First of all, we use Lady Windsor’s personal recipe, exactly as she created it. Secondly, it has the highest proportion of Seville oranges in our range, which delivers intense flavour. And finally, Lady Windsor includes some black treacle, which delivers a deep colour and richer taste. This marmalade has won more awards than any other of our preserves.
