A good burger is easy to come by these days; now you just need the right relish to go with it. Ludlow Farmshop took up the challenge to create the perfect burger relish, and we believe we cracked it. First of all, we use all the classic extras like tomatoes and onions as a base. Next we give it some mild heat with a little cayenne pepper. Finally we round out the flavour with the warmth of sweet spices. Nothing competes with the succulent burger; rather, it complements it beautifully.

Mixed Peppers (24%), Cucumber (17%), Chopped Tomatoes (14%) (tomatoes, tomato juice, preservative: citric acid), Golden Granulated Sugar, Onion (12%), Cider Vinegar, Celery, Sea Salt, Mustard Seeds, Cayenne Pepper (chilli, paprika), Turmeric, Ground Cinnamon, Cloves. May contain traces of cereals, dairy, gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites and wheat. Handmade in an environment where all common allergens are used.
